This site stores information you submit through bulk-purchase and resource forms. Consultation requests are processed by FormSubmit and sent to clay.rojas@jessup.edu. Information collected includes your contact details, organization, role, and any event information you provide. It is used to review requests, respond to inquiries, and provide requested resources. Please do not submit confidential medical information.

Submitting a resource form does not subscribe you to marketing emails. Your information is not sold. To request access to or deletion of a submission, use the contact form and describe your request.

The site includes a YouTube embed. YouTube may receive device and usage information when that content loads. External links, including Amazon, operate under those providers’ privacy policies.
